摘要
研究炉温控制优化问题。针对锅炉环境中的温度时变情况比较复杂,炉内核心温度很容易受外界环境影响引起温度波动频率和幅度较大,传统方法很难在这种温度频繁变化的炉内环境中把温度控制在一个恒定范围内。为了解决快速调控问题,提出一种基于模糊温度判定的温度控制策略,通过模糊积分控制技术,当温度变化较大、较快的时候,采用模糊积分控制策略,设定模糊条件和区域,使温度保持在恒定的范围。实验证明,改进的温度控制策略有效地解决了复杂炉内环境下的温度恒温控制问题,提高了控制精度,取得了不错的结果。
Research the temperature control optimization.The environment of boiler temperature situation is complicated,and time-varying furnace temperature is easy to be changed by outside the environmental,causing large fluctuations in frequency and amplitude of temperatures.It is difficult for traditional method to control the furnace temperatures to a constant in the changing environment temperature.The paper proposed a fuzzy temperature control strategy,in which,the temperature was determined by the fuzzy integral control technology.When the temperature changed thebadly and quickly,the fuzzy integral control strategy was used to set the fuzzy conditions and areas and make a constant temperature range.Experiments show that the temperature control strategy can effectively solve the constant temperature control problems in complex environments,and improve the control accuracy.
