田口鲁棒设计用于汽车动力总成悬置系统 被引量:4

摘要 研究汽车动力系统稳定性控制问题,由于汽车动力总成悬置系统隔振不足及性能不稳定,造成汽车运行不安全。以提升系统隔振性能为设计目标,运用田口鲁棒设计方法,以各个悬置的刚度值为因素变量,建立了振动仿真分析模型。利用ADAMS工程软件,通过鲁棒性优化方法进行仿真,结果表明,在保证优化方案先进性的同时提升了目标函数的稳健性。田口鲁棒设计方法从众多的试验项目中选择最为合适的可靠性优化方案,适用于汽车工程优化参考。 Aiming at solving the deficiency and instability problem of powertrain mounting system vibration isolation,a Taguchi robust design was performed and mounting rigidities were taken as variables.The vibration isolation optimization of mounting system was taken as the design objective.A simulation model of vibration was built and run using ADMAS software.Simulation results were analyzed using method of robust optimization and the robust performance for objective function was improved while retaining the advantages.Most appropriate items were selected using Taguchi robust design which can be widely performed in engineering,and a robust optimization was confirmed based on the analysis of variable contribution ratio.
