摘要
切削参数是加工效率和零件加工质量的关键性决定因素,本文通过试验对比研究,推导出相关计算公式,对切削参数中的转速、进给速度、吃刀量的选择进行了优化,以充分发挥数控机床的优势,提高企业的经济效益和生产水平。
Cutting Parameters are the key decisive factors of the efficiency and the processing quality of the components.In this paper, In accordance with the comparation and study of the experiments, relied forrnulas are presented,the Choice of rotational velocity .feed rate.Cutting depth of Cutting Pearameters are optimized to make full use of the advantage of CNC Machine.
