我国高等职业教育立法探究

On Chinese Higher Occupation Education Legislation

高等职业教育的发展,是我国实施人才强国战略的一个重要组成部分,然而,目前我国高等职业教育相关法律法规并不完善。提高高等职业教育的地位,必须以法律为支架,以法规为规范,通过法律的规范使国家发展高等职业教育的方针政策得以严格贯彻执行。本文试从高等职业教育规范缺失、完善有关高等职业教育的立法的对策以及对高等职业教育立法体系的内容探究等几个方面,浅谈完善我国高等职业教育立法的对策。

The development of higher occupation education, is an important component of implementing talent powerful nation in Chinese. However, related laws and regulations are not perfect at present in our country higher occupation education. We should imply the policy strictly and take the law as the support to improve the status of higher occupation education. The paper try to discuss the countermeasures to perfect China＇s higher occupation from the flaw of higher occupation education, countermeasures of perfecting relevant higher occupation education legislation and higher occupation legislation system.
