文化产业管理跨学科人才培养模式探析——以湖南高校为例

On the Cultivating Model of Interdisciplinary Talents Majoring in Cultural Industry Management ——Taking Universities in Hunan as Examples

文化产业管理专业具有鲜明的跨学科特性,但国内现在对这一特性的研究方兴未艾。本文对文化产业管理专业跨学科特性和人才培养模式进行了初步探讨,阐述了文化产业管理专业跨学科的基本范式,提出了文化产业管理专业应培养"复合型"与"专门型"相结合的优秀人才。

Cultural industry management specialty is characterized by its interdisciplinary feature. The research on this feature, however, is still in its infancy. This paper discusses the interdisciplinary feature of cultural industry management specialty and the corresponding talents cultivating model, expounds the basic interdisciplinary paradigm of cultural industry management specialty, and proposes that cultural industry management majors should he cultivated as excellent compound talents as well as specialized professionals.
