摘要
实践模拟法庭学课程设置混乱,课程运行随意,课程评价迥异,衍生出的法律产品难以满足司法实践需求。建议规范课程设置目的、内容和方法;统一课程运行模式和流程;厘定课程评价主体、对象、内容与标准。
The curriculum of the course of practical moot court is set chaos, course runing at will curriculum differently evaluating, which derive a legal product not to meet the judicial practical demands. It is suggested that curriculum purpose, content and methods should be standarded,and the curriculum operation mode and process should be united,and then the course evaluation subject, object, content and standard should be determined.
