Enhancing Innovation in Land and Resource Management Based on Dialectical Thinking

国土资源支撑各行各业,影响千秋万代。正确处理国土资源管理过程中发展与保护、服务与管理、重点与全局、当前与长远等关系,以辩证思维化解"两难"问题,以资源可持续利用促进经济社会可持续发展,是贯彻可持续发展战略的重要课题,也是加强国土资源管理创新的时代主题。

This paper argues that in the process of land and resources management, the important issue for implementing sustainable development strategy and the theme of the times for strengthening the innovation in land and resource management are: correctly handling the relations between, such as development and protection, service and management, key point and the overall situation, the present and long-term interests; solving the proposition of 'guaranteeing development while protecting resources'; promoting sustainable economic and social development according to sustainable use of resources.
