摘要
利用花粉管通道法,将含有ipt 基因的Ti 质粒导入大豆品种:绥农8 号、黑农36 、庆丰1 号,其变异后代光合特性及农艺性状发生变化:功能叶片叶绿素含量提高,光合速率加快。株高、分枝数、单株荚数、单株粒重及百粒重发生较大变化。
By pollen tube pathway method, the plasmid with ipt-gene has been transferred into Suinong 8, Heinong 36 and Qingfeng1. Their variation lines changed in photosythetic and agronomic traits. Chlorophyll contents of functional leaves increased. photosythetic rates were fast. Plant height, branch number, pods number per plant, seed weight per plant and 100-seed weight changed favorably.
