重症病房机械通气患者镇静治疗的疗效观察和护理

Effective observation and nursing intervention in patients with sedation during mechanical ventilations in ICU

目的：探讨重症病房（ICU）机械通气患者镇静治疗的疗效和护理方法。方法：50例患者采用咪唑安定及异丙酚行镇静治疗，采用Ramsay评分监测镇静水平，调整镇静药用量，使Ramsay评分2-4级之间。结果：镇静过程中患者血流动力学稳定，镇静后心率（HR）和呼吸频率（RR）有所降低（P〈0．05），血氧饱和度（Sa02）有所增高（P〈0．05），无护理并发症及意外发生。结论：对重症病房机械通气治疗的患者给予良好的镇静治疗、监测，能有效减少护理意外的发生，改善病情。

Objective To investigate the effect of the effective observation and nursing intervention in patients with sedation during mechanical ventilations in [CU. Methods 50 patients during mechanical ventilations in ICU were treated with sedative drugs. The scores of Ramsay were controlled within 2 - 4. Results The haemodynamie of the patients variables were stabilized during sedation. The heart rate（HR） and respiratory rate（RR） had obviously declined （P 〈 0.05 ） while the saturation of blood oxygen（ SaO2 ）had obviously increased（P 〈0.05）. No obvious side effects associated with sedation were found. Conclusion Effective observation and nursing intervention is an effective approach for both improving the prognosis and decreasing the nursing complication.
