摘要
本文分析了我国食品供求结构经历了3 个发展阶段,分别阐述了食品需求和供应所具有的发展特征,并得出我国食品消费结构将呈现高度化、多样化、个性化,农业、食品加工业的结构将有较大改变的趋势。
This article, analyzes the three stages of the evolution of the supply and demand structure of food in China, the development characteristics of the structures,and their future trend.It is believed that government should continually regulate food supply and demand, that the food policy should be the main regulation. Instrument and that the regulation should be adjusted depending on the different objectives and periods.
