中小企业员工组织变革意图影响因素实证研究——计划行为理论的视角 被引量:2

摘要 本文以浙江省杭州市和台州市中小企业员工为对象进行实证研究,将计划行为理论作为理解和预测中小企业员工组织变革意图—行为反应的理论模型应用于组织变革的复杂情境中。研究结果表明计划行为理论表现出良好的预测力,而态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制的中介作用也得到证实。
