替代话语的析解——“外延内涵传承说”认知—心智再阐释

A Cognitive-Pragmatic Explanation of Substitution in Metaphorical Expression

隐喻性话语除隐喻以外,还有一些技巧语言的说法,都是以替代为特征的,如夸张、委婉语、隐语、歇后语等。这些表达的生成机制,基本上是替代和被替代成分之间的外延内涵的传承。我们尝试从概念外延内涵的传承,对这些以替代为核心手段的隐喻性表达的成因做了统一的认知—心智的解释。由于它涉及多种的修辞表达现象,"外延内涵传承说"可望有比较好的应用前景;还由于它涉及人们认识事物的类层级结构,因而也会有值得注意的理论价值。

There are quite a few skillful metaphorical expressions in Chinese with substitution as its main characteristic in the form of benti（本体） is yuti（喻体）, such as metaphor, metonymy, hyperbole, euphemism, argot; xiehouyu and so on. The chief generation mechanism of such expressions is basically the inheritance of its denotation-connotation, which constitutes the basis of the explanation of the forming of such rhetorical expressions. Due to its wide application to a lot of linguistic phenome- na, this theoretical framework is of quite happy perspective in the future use ; and due to the fact that the framework has much to do with the conceptual network of type hierarchy structure, it is also of theoretical value which merits attention.
