对数字图书馆知识产权风险研究的文献进行检索、将影响知识产权风险的因素进行归类分析,结合数字图书馆的建设流程,从影响数字图书馆知识产权风险的资源、环境、人员三个方面入手构建数字图书馆知识产权风险评估的指标体系。

According to the retrieval of the relative papers, the analysis of the reason to the intellectual property risk, and accompany with the construction flow of the digital library, we try to form the indicators system of the digital library intellectual property risk from the following aspects as resource, environment and people.
