雇主品牌评价指标体系与模型设计 被引量:8

摘要 针对国内外各种"最佳雇主"评选活动存在的问题,本文选择了认知度、美誉度和和谐度作为外部雇主品牌的评价指标体系;将满意度、敬业度和忠诚度作为内部雇主品牌的评价指标体系,构建了雇主品牌总体评价指标体系,并设计出评价模型。
