风险投资是实现科学技术成果转化的推进器。在我国发展风险投资 ,需要解决这样几个问题 :政府支持 ;完善产权交易市场和证券市场 ;促使风险投资资金来源多元化 ;大力发展高科技企业等。
Risk investment is the propeller for the transformation of scientific and technical achievements. The following is required if we intend to develop risk investment in our country: government supports; completion of markets for the exchange of property rights and stocks; diversification of funding resources for risk investment; growth of high-tech enterprises, etc.
