我国数字图书馆建设模式发展研究

On the Development of the Digital Library Development Mode in China

认为数字图书馆建设可以划分为多个发展阶段,每个发展阶段在建设主体、运行机制和法制环境等方面都有所不同,要构建参与之相适应的建设模式。数字图书馆建设模式趋势研究是构建新模式的基础,具有重要的指导意义,结合国内外数字图书馆建设所取得的新进展,从管理、资源建设、技术支持及服务4个方面对我国数字图书馆建设模式发展趋势进行阐述。

Digital library construction can be divided into several stages, and each stage differs in the construction bodies, operating mechanism and legal environment, which requires the establishment of a corresponding construction mode. The study on the develop- ment trend of digital library construction mode is the basis of constructing new mode, and is very important. Thus, on the basis of the research situation at home and abroad, this paper elaborates the development trend of digital library construction mode in China through four aspects： Administration, resource construction, technical support and service.
