中国北方少数民族文献的社会发展价值

Value on Social Development of Bibliography in Northern Minority Regions

中国北方少数民族在生存和发展过程中所形成的外向型模式包含特定的社会发展价值,从而决定记录和描述中国北方少数民族的文献具有突出的社会发展价值。这种价值主要体现在以下几方面:是测算评价中国北方少数民族经济与文化贡献的根据、民族融合过程的证明、构造民族文化板块的参考、实施民族文化博展的内容参考、推测民族发展趋向的根据等。为充分发挥和利用中国北方少数民族文献的社会发展价值,在文献资源建设上,应建立中国北方少数民族文献数据实验室、音像文献传播中心、印刷文献传播中心和民族文化博展园。

It manifests five characteristics below： Assessment and evaluation on the contribu- tions of economy and culture, record of history about more nations＂ amalgamation, construction and development of particular national culture, promotion and show of culture in northern minority regions, together with forecast of national developing trend.
