摘要
为研究万寿菊花提取液对圣女果的保鲜包装效果,以万寿菊花为原料,用氯仿提取其中光活化杀虫物质α-三连噻吩,研究了万寿菊提取液对圣女果的保鲜实验中各项指标的变化。实验表明:含有α-三连噻吩的保鲜剂可明显降低圣女果贮藏期间的失水率和腐烂率,并且可延缓圣女果中VC含量的下降:含有α-三连噻吩的保鲜剂的保鲜效果好于传统的单一壳聚糖成分的保鲜剂。
Marigold was taken as material and photoactivated pesticide α-terthienyl was extracted with chloroform to study the fresh-keeping effect of marigold extract to cherry tomato. Index change of cherry tomato in storage with marigold extract was studied. The experiment result showed that the α-terthienyl containing extract can reduce the water loss rate and rot rate of cherry tomato in storage, which can also delay the decreasing of Vc in cherry tomato; the fresh-keeping effect of a-terthienyl extract is better than classical single chitsan composition preservative.
