我国西部农村HIV感染者、AIDS患者家庭生活状况的研究

The living conditions of people living with HIV/AIDS in the rural areas of western China

目的深入了解在西部农村特定的经济、文化、社会因素影响下,HIV感染者、AIDS患者(people living with HIV/AIDS,PLWHA)的家庭生活状况。方法对西部农村的16例PLWHA进行深入访谈,使用框架法分析访谈资料。结果经资料分析提炼出3个主题:履行家庭角色的责任、义务;关爱家人多于关爱自己;努力改善家庭贫困。结论西部农村PLWHA家庭经济贫困,由于PLWHA具有强烈的家庭责任感,身为患者依然要为家庭做出积极的努力。建议医护人员和帮扶政策制定者了解PLWHA真实的家庭生活状况,根据其需求提供积极、可行的帮助。

Objective To explore the living conditions of families of people living with HIV/AIDS（PLWHA） in the rural areas of western China. Methods In this study, 16 PLWHA from remote areas in western China were interviewed,and the inter- view data were analysed with the Framework. Results Three themes were extracted from the data analysis：the role in family responsibilities and obligations;care for their families more than themselves;efforts to improve poor family economic status. Conclusions The families of PLWHA in rural western China was very poor and PLWHA had made positive efforts for their family. More attention should be paid on the living conditions of PLWHA and more practical help should be provided for them.
