摘要
Th17细胞是一种独立的Th细胞亚群。近年来研究表明其在支气管哮喘的发病中发挥着重要作用。一系列细胞因子参与了针对Th17细胞的调控。这其中转化生长因子β1、白介素6(IL-6)是Th17细胞分化的启动因子;IL-23是分化的促进因子;7干扰素、IL-4则是分化的抑制因子。Th17细胞分泌的特征性细胞因子IL-17加重了气道炎症,参与了气道重塑。
T helper 17 cells is a kind of independent Th lymphocyte subsets. Recent studies show that it plays an important role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. A series of cytokines involved in the regulations of Th17 cells. Among them, TGF-beta 1 and IL-6 are initiators in the differentiation of Thl7 cells,IL-23 is a promoting factor in the differentiation, IFN-gamma and IL-4 are inhibitory factors. IL-17, as the characteristic cytokine secreted by Th17 cells, can increase airway inflammation and participate in the airway remodeling.
