摘要
目前研究显示机体的免疫功能降低或紊乱在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用,执行非特异性免疫的细胞主要包括巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、自然杀伤细胞、树突状细胞等,特异性免疫主要有T细胞和B细胞介导。参与免疫功能的细胞与慢性阻塞性肺疾病发生发展密切相关。
The current study shows that the body's immune function or disorders play an important role in the development and progression of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). In which the non-specific immune cells include alveolar macrophage, polymorphonuclear, natural killer cells, dendritic cell, while the specific immunity are mediated by T lymphocytes and B lymphocyte cells. The cells involved in immune function are closely related with the development of COPD.
