摘要
在850℃下制备了Zr掺杂CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS)微晶玻璃。采用Rietveld全谱拟合法分析了所制微晶玻璃中各结晶相的相对含量,以及分峰法计算得到微晶玻璃的结晶度,从而分析出Zr掺杂CBS微晶玻璃中各结晶相的含量。与内标法计算结果比较,该方法计算得到的结晶度相对误差为1.35%,结晶相绝对含量的最大相对误差为5.47%。该方法可用于定量分析含有结晶相和非晶相的其他多组分材料,为其提供理论分析的依据。
Zr doped CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS) glass ceramics were prepared at 850℃ The relative contents of crystalline phases in prepared glass ceramics were calcaulated by Rietveld full spectrum fitting method, and crystallinity were obtained by using peak separation technology. Accordingly, the contents of crystalline phases in Zr doped CBS glass ceramics can be calculated. Comparing this method with the internal standard method, it is found that the relative deviation of the crystallinity is 1.35%, and the maximum relative deviation of the absolute mass fraction of crystalline phases is 5.47%. This method can be applied to quantitative analyze the phases of other multi-components materials that contain crystalline and amorphous phases, and provides the theory analysis basis for them.
