乙肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化临床研究

Hepatitis b Capsule for Chronic Hepatitis b Liver Fibrosis Clinical Research

目的:评价乙肝胶囊治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法:将60例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者随机分为两组:乙肝胶囊治疗组30例(A组)、苦参素胶囊治疗组30例(B组),治疗前后分别进行肝功能、肝纤维化血清学指标检测。结果:肝功能治疗前后比较,A组P<0.01,B组P<0.05;A组与B组比较P<0.05。肝纤维化血清学指标治疗前后比较,A组P<0.05,P<0.01,B组P>0.05;A组与B组比较,P>0.05。结论:乙肝胶囊有一定的抗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化作用。

Objective ： Evaluation of hepatitis b capsule for hepatitis b liver fibrosis curative effect. Methods ： 60 cases of fibrosis in chronic hepatitis b were randomly divided into two groups ： hepatitis b capsule with treatment group as 30 cases （ group A ）, capsule oxymatrine with treament group as 30 cases （ group B ）. Liver function and liver fibrosis serological were tested respectively before treatment and therapy. Results ： Liver function was compared before treatment and therapy, goup A P〈0.05, P〈0.01, group B P〉0.05 ; Compared group A and group B,P〉0.05. Conclusion ： Hepatitis b capsule has the certain resistance to chronic hepatitis b liver fibrosis role.
