摘要
《医验大成》是明代著名医家秦昌遇的著作之一,该书对秦氏一些精华医案进行整理,有极高的临床参考价值,特别是重视脾胃病的辨证治疗,临证有自己的独到体会。文章将就《医验大成》的脾胃病证治特色进行探讨。
＂Yi Yan Da Chen＂ is in one of the famous Dr. QIN Chang-yu works in the Ming dynasty,The books were a summary of the Dr. QIN＇s essence medical records, had a high clinical value. Especially, paid attention to the spleen and stomach disease diagnosis and treatment, Clinical experience had its own unique.Based on ＂Yi Yan Da Cheng＂ this article will analyse characteristics in the treatment of the spleen and stomach diseases.
