“见肝之病 知肝传脾 当先实脾”本义探析

Original Meaning of "Measures Must be Taken to Strengthen the Spleen in the Treatment of Liver Disease because Liver Disease Tends to Trasmit to the Spleen"

文章浅析《金匮要略》中"见肝之病,知肝传脾,当先实脾"的本义,从①见肝之病,此处肝之病为何病?②知肝传脾,肝病如何传脾?③当先实脾,实脾是否必要?三个问题出发,围绕肝病传于脾的条件以及实脾之法,从已病防变和虚实异治这两个方面诠释了治未病的治疗法则,强调应在中医整体观念理论指导下治疗疾病。

On the basis of Golden Chamber, we analyzed the original meaning of ＂measures must be taken to strengthen the spleen in the treatment of liver disease because liver disease tends to trasmit to the spleen＂, starting from three questions： ① which kind of liver disease tends to trasmit to the spleen？ ② how to trasmit？ ③ is it really necessary to prevent？ Revealed the conditions of the transmittion and change of disease and measures of prevention,which also explained the prevention with preventing transmittion and different treatment of disease according to the actual situation these two aspects, and then stressed the importance of the holistic concept in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
