自拟复心汤治疗心衰临床观察

Observation on Fuxin Decoction Treatment of Complex Heart Failure

目的:观察自拟复心汤治疗心衰的临床疗效。方法:对144例心衰患者随机单盲分为治疗组72例,采用规范化治疗加自拟复心汤治疗;对照组72例,单用规范化治疗。结果:治疗组的心功能改善、左室射血分数(EF)明显好于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。两组左室舒张末直径(LVEDD)同治疗前比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),无明显统计学差异。结论:加用自拟复心汤治疗心衰优于现代医学的规范化治疗。

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuxin Decotion treating heart failure. Methods ： 144 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group, in which 72 cases were treated with Fuxin Decoction ; control group, in which 72 cases were treated normally. Resuhs ： The improvement of heart function and left ventricular ejection fraction （ EF ） in treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）, with statistical significance. The left ventricular end diastolic diameter （ LVEDD ） of two groups compared with before treatment respectively, there was no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The Fuxin Decoction treating complex heart failure has better effect than the standard treatment of modern medicine.
