摘要
目的:观察局部外敷白玉散治疗黄褐斑患者临床疗效。方法:治疗组90例患者采用白玉散外敷,对照组30例以蒸馏水喷雾治疗,两组每周治疗2次,4周为1个疗程,3个疗程后对比观察疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(z=-6.962,P<0.0001),治疗组疗效好于对照组。结论:临床应用白玉散外敷治疗女性黄褐斑患者有较好的临床疗效。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Baiyu Powder to treat female patients with mothpatch. Methods ： 90 cases in treatment group applied Baiyu Powder,30 cases in the control group were treated with aqua stillata mist spray. Each group was treated twice a week, and four weeks was one treatment course. After three courses, the therapeutic effect was observed. Result： The difference between the treatment group and the control group is statistical significant （z=-6.962, P〈0.0001 ）, the curative effect of the treatment group is more better than the control group. Conclusion ： In clinic, the treatment of Baiyu powder for female patients with moth-patch has better curative effect.
