Multip Factor Analysis of Acupuncture Therapeutic Effect of Cervical Vertigo

文章通过分析影响颈源性眩晕疗效的针灸及非针灸因素,探讨了选穴、针刺方向、针刺手法、针灸工具等因素与颈源性眩晕的针灸疗效关系,对现有的治疗方案提出问题及相应策略,建议在目前的研究基础上,全面控制影响因素,综合评估疗效,对针灸治疗颈源性眩晕的方案进行优化,从整体上提高针灸疗效。

This article through the anatlysis of acupuncture and non-acupuncture factors which influence the therapeutic effect of cervical vertigo, discusses the therapeutic relation between the factors of point selection, needling direction, acupuncture manipulation, acupuncture tools and cervical vertigo. The problem and the corresponding measure of existing; therapeutic schedule is presented. Based on the present study, suggesting we should control the influence factors fully, evaluate the effect comprehensively, optimize the therapeutic method of acupuncture and improve the acupuncture therapeutic effect overall.
