Effect of Different Dry Methods on the Content of Dendrobine in Dendrobium Nobile Fresh Product

目的:以金钗石斛鲜品为对象,研究不同的干燥方法对其有效成分石斛碱的影响,为金钗石斛鲜品的贮存提供依据。方法:将金钗石斛鲜品闪式提取后,分别用冷冻干燥、热风循环干燥、传统烘干法,选出适宜的方法,并对贮存前后有效成分含量进行测定。结果:冷冻干燥法利于金钗石斛鲜品干燥及保存。结论:应用现代技术对金钗石斛鲜品的贮存是可行的。

Objective ： To study the content of dendrobine in Dendrobium nobile fresh product, by different dry methods. Methods：Dry products, which obtained from extracting solution treated respectively with 3 kinds of drying methods ： frozen-drying method, hot-air circulation drying, and traditional drying method, are treated with chloroform extracting then by GC and ingredients of dendrobine are detected. Results ： Frozendrying method favors dendrobium nobile fresh dry and storage. Conclusions ： Application of modern technology dendrobium nobile fresh storage is feasible.
