摘要
目的:探讨丹参舒心软胶囊制备的最适方法。方法:通过对软胶囊生产工艺进行考察,以内容物的均一性、流动性和稳定性为考察指标,确定内容物比例和处方;以囊壳的性状和崩解时限为考察指标,确定囊壳的处方。结果:通过试验,确定提取物与大豆油1∶1比例,囊壳中明胶∶甘油∶水的比例为1∶0.4∶1对于软胶囊的性质比较适合。结论:该工艺质量可控也比较简便,适合实际实验操作,得到的产品符合标准。
Objective : To discuss the best condition of Danshen Shuxi soft capsule preparation. Method : Based on the investigation of the soft capsule preparation, the proportion and formula were determined. Results : The ration of extract and big soy-bean oil was 1 : 1 ; in the bag hull, clear gum : glycerin : water=1 : 0.4 : 1, which was the property of soft capsule. Conclusion : This craft is more simple and easily operated, and the product sign is up to standard.
