目的：建立HPLC法测定痤疮清软膏经皮给药后大鼠体内中甲硝唑含量。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法,Phenomsil C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱;流动相：甲醇-水（10：90）;检测波长：277nm;柱温：30℃;进样量为20μL;流速：1.0mL.min-1。结果：方法检出限为0.212μg/mL;甲硝唑在0.212~6.784μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.9991;样品加标回收率为96.2%,RSD=3.5。结论：该方法准确、稳定,有良好的重现性和较高的灵敏度。

Objective ： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of acne clear cream rats after transdermal delivery of metronidazole content. Methods ： Pu RP HPLC method, Phenomsil Cls column （ 250mm 4.×, 5 μm ） column ; mobile phase ： methanol - water （ 10 ： 90 ）; detection wavelength ： 277nm ; column temperature ： 30 ℃; The injection volume was 20 μ L; flow rate ： 1.0mL .min-1. Results ： The detection limit was 0.212 μ g/mL; metronidazole 0.212-6.784 μg/mL good linear range, r was 0.9991 ; the recovery rate was 96.2%, RSD = 3.5. Conclusion ： The method has accuracy, stability, good reproducibility and high sensitivity.
