中国传统文化中有很多极有价值的人文哲理和科学思想,与现代马克思主义可以相辅相成,中国传统文化中人格修养、理想与道德情操和优秀文化的精华与要素在大学思想政治教育中发挥着重要作用。因此,在大学思想政治教育中,应该进一步引入中国优秀传统文化的精华与要素,让传统文化中的宝贵思想资源和精神资源在培育新时代的知识分子事业中发挥应有的作用。文章从中国传统文化的时代内涵、传承价值进行论述,分析了中国传统文化在大学思想政治教育中的主要作用,积极探求以中国传统文化加强大学思想政治教育的有效途径和方法,旨在弘扬优秀传统文化,增强大学思想政治教育的实效。

The traditional Chinese cultures have a lot of valuable humanistic philosophy and scientific thoughts, which the modern Marxism is complementary to traditional Chinese cultures, which contain personality cultivation, ideal and moral sentiment and the excellent culture of the essence and key elements, play an important role in ideological and political education in the University. Therefore, ideological and political educationin in the university should further introduce Chinese excellent traditional culture essence and the elements, and make valuable ideological and spiritual resources to play its due role in the breeding new intellectuals. This article discussed connotation of the times and heritage value of the Chinese traditional culture, analyzed the function of the traditional Chinese culture in the university that act on ideological and political education, and actively explore effective way and the method, by which the traditional Chinese culture strengthen the ideological and political education in the university, to mainly carry forward the excellent traditional culture, and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the university.
