摘要 目的:建立测定肺结核患者血浆中利福喷丁浓度的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以对硝基酚为内标,采用S0.h2i5m~-p3a2c.k0VμgP.-OmDLS-1为范色围谱内柱线,性以关甲系醇良-水好((7r0=:300).9为99流6)动,平相均,流回速收为率1为.0m99L..8%mi,n日-1,内检及测日波间长R为SD33均6<nm5。%结。果结:论利:福本喷方丁法血灵药敏浓、简度便在、准确,适用于临床样本的监测。 OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the concentration determination of rifapentine in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted using d-nitrophenol as the internal standard. The determination was performed on Shim-pack VP-ODS column with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (70:30) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1. The wavelength of UV detection was set at 336 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of rifapentine was 0.25-32.0 ug.mL-1(r=0.999 6) with average recovery of 99.8%. The RSD of within-day and between-days were aU less than 5%. CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive, simple and accurate. It is suitable for the monitoring of clinic samples.
