摘要
目的:研究全肠外营养(TPN)支持及给予单瓶串联输注营养成分对食管癌根治术后患者疗效的影响,探讨合理的肠外营养支持方案。方法:收集食管癌根治术后患者96例临床资料,术后48h内给予TPN支持作为研究组(43例),术后48h内给予单瓶串联输注营养成分作为对照组(53例)。SPSS15.0软件包汇总分析2组患者术后给予的营养成分、治愈率等资料。结果:2组患者的手术部位、手术医师的专业水平、术后住院天数、术后ICU观察时间、术后进食时间、术后并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者所用的脂肪乳、氨基酸、葡萄糖、总能量及营养成分输注量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组出院治愈率为100%,对照组为83.02%,研究组的治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌根治术后患者应用TPN支持较之给予单瓶串联输注营养成分,治愈率明显提高。
OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of total parenteral nutrition (TPN) support and single bottle infusion on the esophageal cancer patients after surgery, and to investigate the optimal nutrition support. METHODS: 96 cases of esophageal cancer patients were enrolled into two groups. Study group (43 cases) was defined that patients received TPN support after surgery within 48 hours. Control group (53 cases) was defined that patients were treated with single bottle transfusion of different nutrition respectively after surgery within 48 hour. SPSS 15.0 statistic package was used to analyze nutritious ingredients after surgery, cure rate and others in two groups. RESULTS: There were no statistically significant differences between two groups in terms of the surgical sites, professional levels of surgical physicians, length of post-operative hospital stay, observation period in ICU after surgery, post-operative feeding, and incidence of postoperative complication (P〉0.05). There were statistically significant differences in fat emulsion, amino acid, glucose, total calories, and infusion volume of nutritious ingredients between the two groups (P〈 0.01). Cure rate of study group showed 100%, while control group was 83.02%; cure rate of study group was higher than control group (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION: The recovery of patients applied TPN support may be improved more greatly after esophageal cancer surgery, comparing with control group who receive single bottle transfusion of different nutrition.
