摘要
本文回顾了1980~2010年美国教育领导力评价研究路向。研究显示,20世纪80年代早期美国兴起了以“校长教学管理评定量表”(PIMRS)为代表的教育领导力测评浪潮;到了90年代初,变革型领导成为美国教育领导力评价的另一风潮;而进入21世纪以来,以学生学习为中心而创建的“范德比尔特教育领导力评估”(VAL-ED)成为新的潮流。注重科学性、多样性和时代性已成为美国教育领导力评价的主要趋向。
This paper traced the pathway of educational leadership assessment research from 1980 to 2010. Research shows that in the early 1980s, by using Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale (PIMRS), educational leadership assessment sprung up in America. In early 1990s, transformational leadership replaced instructional leadership and became another wave in this period. Enter into the new century, based on the concept of "Leadership for learning", the Vanderbih Assessment of Leadership in Education (VAL-ED)turned into the main evaluation tool for educational leadership. Focusing on scientific standards, diversities and the changing times are the major trends of educational leadership assessment in America.
