摘要
社会捐赠是美国体现、实现与保障高等教育生态性公平的重要机制之一,可以概括为以下五个方面:第一,高等教育系统环境资源条件生态性公平的社会自发流动均衡机制;第二,高等教育功能性向目标生态性公平的社会自觉标示引领机制;第三,高等教育成员主体身份生态性公平的全员自主能动参与机制;第四,高等教育内容专业领域生态性公平的社会自行奖勤树优机制;第五,高等教育运作过程生态性公平的民间自生优化调控机制。
The ecological mechanism by which Social donations are embodying, achieving and protecting the equity of higher education in United States can be summarized as the following five main areas. The mechanism of dynamic balanced matching weight within ecological fairness inside and outside the higher education system; marks led directional mechanisms within the ecological fairness of function, target in higher education; The mechanisms of participation of full within the fairness as a member body of higher education; The mechanism of society led the calibration within the fairness of professional areas of higher education; The mechanisms of optimization of marketization within the fairness of quality of operation and management in higher education.
