伤痫复元散治疗外伤性癫痫38例观察

Observation on Traumatic Epilepsy(38 case) Treated with Powder for Recovering Epilepsy

治疗组３８例服用伤痈复元散，对照组３６例服用定痫丸，共服２个疗程（６０天），观察服药前后癫痫的发作频率及脑电图变化。结果治疗组总有效率９４．７％，对照组总有效率５４．５％，两组有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示以峻补真阴为主的伤痫复元散对外伤性癫痫的疗效明显优于以涤痰熄风为主的定痫丸。

cases of traumatic epilepsy have been treated with Powder for Recovering Epilepsy, at the same time, 36 with Pill for Releasing Epilepsy as contrast. After two treatment courses (60 days),the frequency of attack and the change of eclctronencephalogram have been recorded. The result showed that the total effective rate was 94. 7% in the treated group, and 54. 5% in the controlled one. There were significant difference between them (P<0. 01). It is suggested that the recipe of replenishing Yin is better than that of calming endopathic wind in treating epilepsy.
