浅谈医院财务管理存在的问题及对策

医院财务管理工作是医院管理的重要组成部分。随着医疗体制改革的不断深化,医院财务制度与企业财务管理要求日益走向统一,加强医院财务管理,是医院今后高效服务和持续发展的必然要求。本文分析了当前医院财务管理中存在的几个主要问题,并提出了相应对策。

Hospital financial management is an important component of hospital management. With the deepening of the refonn of medical system, the hospital financial system and financial management of enterprises is increasingly towards unity, strengthen the financial management of the hospital, hospital in the future and efficient service and requirement of sustained development. This paper analyzes the current hospital financial management in the main problems, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure.
