摘要
文章强调县级图书馆开展读者活动的重要性，分析了影响县级图书馆开展读者活动的因素，提出了县级图书馆策划和组织读者活动的方法以及应注意的问题。
The importance of developing the reading activities for constructing a county public library was emphasized in this paper. With the analysis, the author made, of the obstructive factors for the local county libraries to carry out a reading activity, the writer proposes several methods of carrying out a reading activity as well as the problems that may occur when it takes.
