随着医疗保险改革的不断深入 ,国务院发布了“关于建立城镇职工基本医疗保险制度的决定”。我们根据北京市 6家医院的调查结果 ,探讨了肝癌的基本检查、治疗项目的支付范围、个人负担比例等问题 ,为全面推进医疗保险或医疗保障支付的可操作性 ,对制定医疗保险方案中按病种付费提供了参考。

With the constant deepening of the medical insurance reform, the State Council has released The Decision on the Establishment of the System of Preliminary Medical Insurance for Workers and Staff Members in Cities and Towns. Based on the results of the investigation of 6 hospitals in Beijing, we offer a discussion of issues relating to the payment scope for preliminary hepatocarcinoma examination and treatment items, the proportion of personal payment, etc., thus providing reference for promoting in an all round way the operability of medical insurance or medical security payment and payment according to disease entity in making medical insurance plans.
