中枢神经细胞瘤的影像诊断

Image Diagnosis of Central Neurocytoma

目的：探讨中枢神经细胞瘤的影像表现。方法：搜集12例经影像检查诊断，术后病理证实的12例中枢神经细胞瘤患者资料．分析其影像学特征。结果：12例均为囊实性，均表现为混杂密度及信号，实性部分均有不同程度强化。8例于胼胝体下方及侧脑室顶部见到网状、丝条状及索条状强化，1例行DWI，肿瘤实性部分弥散受限。结论：中枢神经细胞瘤有特征性的影像表现．结合临床症状及发病年龄．可以做出影像诊断。

Objective：To study inage features of central neurocytoma. Methods：12 cases with central neurocytoma confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Analyze the chareteristic imaging. Results： 12 lesions injcluding solid component and cystic formation,and the solie part enhanced variably. 8 eases can see reticular, strips and striped reinforcement below the corpus eallosum and at the top of lateral ventricle. One case performed diffusion weighted inmging,the solid part of the tumor showde restricted diffusion. Conclusion： Central neurocytoms have their charcteristic imaging findings, diagnostic imaging can be made by the clinical namifestations and the age of onset.
