中小型水电站非圆形有压隧洞衬砌配筋计算 被引量:10

摘要 中小型水电站有压隧洞受投资及施工技术等限制不宜选取圆形断面,而现行规范未明确给出非圆形有压隧洞钢筋混凝土衬砌的配筋计算公式,因此有压隧洞断面形式的选择在中小型水电站设计中是一个难题。以知木林水电站有压引水隧洞为例,通过比较选择了施工难度较小、成本较低、实用性较强的似马蹄形优化断面,结合地质资料,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件模拟隧洞的各种工况,得到了衬砌配筋方案。目前隧洞施工状况良好。 The pressure tunnel of small and medium hydropower stations are not suitable to select the circular cross-section as the limits of investment and construction technology, and current specifications do not explicitly give the calculation formula for non-circular pressure tunnel reinforced concrete lining reinforcement, so the choice of pressure tunnel cross- section is often a problem in the design of small and medium hydropower station. Taking the diversion tunnel of Zhimulin Hydropower Station as an example, the horseshoe-like cross-section is selected because of less construction difficulty, lower cost and greater applicability, and the lining reinforcement program is determined after simulating various operation conditions of tunnel based on geological data and ANSYS. The construction of tunnel is smoothly progressed at present.
