摘要
针对目前施工工程项目资金管理中存在的问题,提出了合理预测资金需求、科学编制资金计划、选择筹资渠道、高效利用资金、及时结算和回收资金等应对措施,可为工程项目资金管理提供借鉴。
For dealing the issues in the capital management of construction projects, the countermeasures of reasonable capital demand forecasting, scientific capital plan preparation, financing choose, efficient use of capital, timely settlement and capital recovery are proposed. These measures can be as references to the capital management of other projects.
