摘要
无线网络信道具有误码率高、延时抖动等不稳定的特性。为了保证视频信息从有线网络到无线网络中传输的质量,需要对视频进行容错转码。基于H.264容错转码系统,利用转码结构中解码部分的运动矢量信息,自适应地在编码部分进行帧内刷新,以提高视频的抗误码能力。实验结果对比表明,该帧内刷新算法能够以较少的比特率为代价,有效地提高了接收端的视频质量。
The wireless network channel has instable characteristics with high bit error rate and delay jitter. In order to ensure the quality, the video streaming need to be error-resilience transcoded before the transmission from wired network to wireless network. In this paper, the algorithm based on H. 264 error-resilience transcoding system can refresh the macroblocks adaptively at the coder using motion vector extracted from the decoder for impro- ving the video robustness. The experimental results demonstrate that the intra-refresh algorithm can effectively improve the video quality in the receiver with the low cost of bit rate.
