摘要
参考果蝇与蚤状序列进行了日本绒螯蟹线粒体DNA的12SrRNA基因片段的引物设计、PCR扩增及序列测定,得到457bp的碱基序列,其中A、T、G、C含量分别为159bp(34.79%)、178bp(38.95%)、50bp(10.94%)、70bp(15.32%)
The primers of 12S rRNA of Eriocheir japonica were designed by using the sequences of Drosophila yakuba and Daphnia pulex . We amplified and sequenced the 457 base pairs that encode the 12S rRNA region of mitochondrial DNA. The contents of A, T, G and C were 159bp(34.79%),178bp(38.95%),50bp(10.94%),and 70bp (15.32%) respectively.
