摘要
为了反映智能电网中智能技术的发展水平,衡量电网智能化带来的经济效益,提出一种评价电网智能化发展程度的智能技术测度方法。分析智能技术在智能电网中的投入与产出关系,建立对应的柯布–道格拉斯(Cobb-Douglas,C-D)生产函数测度模型,并采用数据包络法(data envelopment analysis,DEA)对生产函数模型进行适用性检验。采用C-D生产函数测算智能技术对经济收益的贡献度,以表征智能技术对智能电网建设的影响。相关算例验证了测度评价方法的有效性、可行性。
In order to reflect the development level of intelligent technique applied to smart grids, and measure economic benefits brought from power grids intelligence, this paper employed an evaluation method that measures the development level of power grids intelligence. Through analyzing the relation between inputs and outputs for smart technique applied to smart grids, a measurement model was established by Cobb-Douglas (C-D) production function. The applicability of the production function was analyzed by data envelopment analysis (DEA). The results calculated by CoD production function represent the economic benefits contribution of smart technique, which will demonstrate the influence of smart technique on smart grids construction. Related numerical examples validate the proposed measure evaluation method is effective and feasible.
