住宅产业化的核心是建筑构件及部品的标准化、系列化和工业化。构件、部品的标准化是产品系列化的依据,是工业化的前提,更是产业化的保证。对这些问题进行探讨将有助于住宅产业化的推进。轻钢密柱框架建筑体系是一种由轻钢、轻板组成的新型工业化建筑体系。其结构体系采用钢框架——支撑结构,围护墙体采用轻质板墙或轻质块材,建筑设备为隐藏式管网系统。该文介绍了此体系结构构件的标准化设计研究方法,进一步提供了构件标准化的实施措施。

The core of Housing industry is the standardization,serialization and industrialization of building components.Components and parts standardization is the basement of the product seriesation,the premise and the assurance of industrialization.Researches on these issues can promote the housing industry.Light steel smaller span column grid system is a new industrial building system which is composed with light steel and light board.Its structural system uses steel frame as the support structure,the lightweight wall or boards as the enclosure wall,and the hidden-pipe system as the building application.This paper gives a brief introduction to the standardized design methods,and then provides the application methods of the implementation.
