新城市主义思想中所体现的"以人为本"的精神对当前中国城市的规划与发展有着直接和现实的借鉴意义。该文通过作者在宁波国家高新区核心地块概念规划设计中将"以人为本"作为出发点进行方案创作的实践过程,试图为"人本主义"理念在我国城市规划设计领域的运用提供一个案例的参考。

The ＂people-oriented＂ spirit of new urbanism has direct and practical reference for the current urban planning and development in china.In this paper the author discusses the creative process of the conceptual planning for Ningbo hi-tech science park core area block,which used ＂people-oriented＂ spirit as the fundamental starting point.the main target of the paper is to provide a practical design case basing on ＂humanism＂ as a reference to the profession of urban planning and design in China.
