城市设计视角的校园规划实践研究

Campus Planning Practice Research from the Perspective of Urban Design

该文针对当前国内校园建设中存在的"规模扩张下的超尺度校园"、"形式主义下的平面化校园"、"封闭管理下的孤立式校园"等规划问题,从城市设计角度提出在校园环境城市化的背景下,校园规划应重视"尺度与功能"、"密度与环境"、"封闭与开放"等设计理念的合理应用,并结合湖南工业大学、中央民族大学等校园规划方案提出在现实条件下校园规划的"基于人性尺度的多中心功能组团"、"基于密度分区的多层次校园空间"、"基于远期融合的开放式规划结构"等理性设计策略的实际应用。

This article analyses the existing problems in recent campus planning in China such as ＂ the super-scale campus＂,＂the formalism Campus＂,＂the isolated campus＂,and explains the concept of ＂scale and function,＂ ＂density and environment＂,＂close and open＂ from the perspective of urban design in the real conditions.Combined with the campus planning practice on Hunan University of Technology and Central University for Nationalities,it brings forward the design strategy of ＂ multi-center human scale functional groups＂,＂ multi-level density zoning of campus space＂,＂long-term integration based on open planning structure＂ in the practical application.
