摘要
阐述了建立地区RS判别模型的思想 ,讨论了GPS的工作方式和数据采集方法 ,总结了GIS平台选择和本底数据库质量判定的依据 ,提出了一种多时态地理信息系统数据模型
RemoteSensing (RS) ,GlobalPositioningSystem (GPS)andGeographical InformationSystem (GIS)arethecoretechnologyofGeographicalInformationScience (GISci) .TheintegrationapplicationofRS ,GPSandGIScan greatlyimprovethe traditionalmannerofdynamicmonitoringlanduse .Combiningakeyprojectof”theNinth Five_yearPlan” ,this paperdiscussessometheoreticaland practicalissuesconcerning founding 3S_basedtechnologysystemofdynamicmonitoringlanduseatcountylevel(3 SDMLC)indetail.AppropriateregionalRSmodel,whichincludesRSimage_selecting , time_selectingandprocessingmethod_selecting ,caneffectivelyenhanceRSabilityinfinding change_targetarea .InGPSsurveying ,kinematiccodedifferentialpositioningand post_ processingcouldbeadoptedtomeet 3SDMLC’sspecialrequirements.BasedonGIS’s ability ,fivekindsofdata_acquiringmethodsforGPSaresummarized ,whichcaneffectively prompttheefficiencyofindoorandoutdoorwork ,improvedataprecision .Therearesome importantpointstobenoticedinchoosingGISplatformandbuildingbasicdatabase.Atlast, itisconcludedthat 3SDMLCshouldbeaTGIS ,andaTGISdatamodel,amendment compositemodel(ACM)whichisdesignedwithconsiderationof3SDMLC’scharacteristics.
